Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. Here's how refunds work:

Digital Certificates

  • 14-day happiness guarantee: Not satisfied? Email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
  • No questions asked, though feedback is appreciated.

Printed Certificates (Voyager, Pioneer)

  • Damaged in shipping? Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery, and we'll send a free replacement or full refund — your choice.
  • Wrong name/typo (our error)? Free replacement, no questions.
  • Buyer's remorse? Unfortunately, we can't refund custom printed items once production begins, as they're personalized and cannot be resold.

Memberships

  • Monthly: Cancel anytime. No refund for partial months, but you retain access through the end of your billing period.
  • Annual: Cancel and request a pro-rated refund within the first 30 days. After 30 days, you can cancel, but no refund is issued (you keep access for the remainder of the year).

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@moonheritage.co with:

  • Your order number
  • The email used at checkout
  • Reason for refund (optional but helpful)

We process refunds within 5 business days. It may take 3–10 additional days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
