Welcome to Moon Heritage (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our website (moonheritage.co) or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Products and Services
1.1. We sell commemorative certificates, novelty items, and membership subscriptions related to symbolic lunar coordinates.
1.2. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Our products are novelty/commemorative items only. They do not represent, convey, or imply legal ownership, property rights, territorial claims, or any enforceable rights to any celestial body, including the Moon. No individual, company, or government can legally sell or own land on the Moon under international law. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this.
1.3. Certificates include symbolic coordinates assigned from publicly available lunar mapping data. These coordinates are unique within our registry but do not constitute an official or legal registration.
2. Orders and Payment
2.1. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
2.2. Payment is processed securely via Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your payment information.
2.3. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable shipping fees and taxes.
2.4. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if fraud is suspected.
3. Delivery
3.1. Digital products are delivered via email within minutes of purchase.
3.2. Physical products are shipped within 2–3 business days. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed due to carrier variability.
4. Refunds
4.1. Digital products: 14-day refund if not satisfied. Contact us at hello@moonheritage.co.
4.2. Physical products: Refund or replacement if damaged in transit. No refunds for buyer's remorse after production.
4.3. Memberships: Cancel anytime. No refunds for partial billing periods. Annual memberships refundable (pro-rata) within first 30 days.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. All certificate designs, website content, and branding are owned by Moon Heritage or licensed to us.
5.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our designs without permission.
5.3. You retain rights to the personalized content you provide (names, messages).
6. Use of Website
6.1. You agree not to use our website for unlawful purposes, to transmit malware, or to attempt unauthorized access.
6.2. We reserve the right to suspend access for violations.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. We provide our products “as is” without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
7.2. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
8.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
8.2. If you're in the EU, you retain rights under local consumer protection laws.
9. Changes to Terms
9.1. We may update these Terms. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
